About Course
This course provides an in-depth and practical introduction to artificial intelligence (AI) and how it can be used in both everyday and working life. You will gain an understanding of what AI is, how it works technically, and what opportunities it creates in areas such as automation, content production, analysis, communication and personalization.
This course shows how AI is already a natural part of our digital lives – from emails and map apps to image recognition and voice assistants. It also explains how you can use tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI services to write texts, plan projects, generate ideas, process documents, or produce images and videos – often with little effort and great effect.
You will learn how to write clear prompts that guide the AI to give better and more relevant answers, as well as how to adapt the AI’s answers to the purpose, tone and audience. Creativity and structure go hand in hand – you will get tips on how AI can become an active part of creative processes.
Finally, legal and ethical issues, such as privacy, copyright and liability, are addressed. AI is a powerful tool, but it also requires thought, scrutiny and responsibility from the user. The goal is for you to feel confident, inspired and ready to start using AI in practice.
