Our Vision
e-AcademyHub is a digital training platform with a clear purpose: to make vocational certificates and certificates of competence available to foreign skilled workers in the construction industry. Through tailored, cost-effective courses, we help experienced workers to formally validate their skills according to Swedish regulations – qualifications that are also recognized in Norway through the Nordic agreement.
About e-AcademyHub
e-AcademyHub was founded by a team with many years of complementary experience in occupational health and safety, quality management, project management, logistics and digital infrastructure. Our combined expertise has enabled the development of a complete digital course offering – specifically designed to help foreign professionals take the next step in their careers, without being hindered by unnecessary costs or bureaucratic processes.
Having been part of major infrastructure and construction projects in Scandinavia ourselves, we know the challenges many foreign workers face. Lack of formal documentation, references or course certificates – often because these are checked by previous employers – often hinders further career development.
By analyzing the current education and training system and working with industry stakeholders, we have chosen to work on the Swedish model, where courses can be completed in the worker’s mother tongue. This provides a fair opportunity to have their practical knowledge and professional experience formally recognized – in a language they understand.
Our ambition is to lower the barriers to qualification, raise the value of skills and strengthen integration in the sector.
